Do not recommend, gross and dangerous. Positive: Pet friendly Negative: This place was incredibly dirty and uncomfortable. The air mattress wouldn’t stay inflated, and we shared the cleanliness with the owner, hoping for a partial refund. They offered to send cleaners, but I wasn’t comfortable with that considering our dogs were there. We couldn’t make coffee, and the front door was partially broken in, only staying shut when locked. I’ve stayed in many places, but this was definitely the worst experience, especially considering we paid over $600. The shower had severely broken tile, that could hurt someone. And there was a moldy cup in one of the side tables.

Gran relación calidad- precio Positive: Primero reconocer al host, desafortunadamente olvidamos unos documentos en el departamento y nos permitió un tiempo después ir a buscarlos, y los encontramos. Además de ser un departamento muy bonito, pudimos caminar a muchos lugares iconicos de Dallas y tiene una vista muy buena. Negative: Es verdad que hay muchos homeless a una calle de distancia, pero nunca tuve ningún problema.

Good stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and stayed here for the weekend. The apartment was very clean, but we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. One of the sliding glass doors did not lock, and the parking area was very limited. Walls were in, and we could hear a lot of partying going on in neighboring units. The host was helpful, but would not stay in this area again.
