Spacious
Positive: I liked how spacious it was the restrooms, rooms, kitchen and living room.

Positive: The location was great and the city view was good, the unit has great potential.
Negative: The unit needed to be properly maintained and cleaned. Several broken items, visible soap scum and mold in bathroom, stains on sheets, dirty rug, cracked floors and the toilet ran consistently.

Großartige Lage mit einigen kleinen Mängeln
Positive: Die Lage sowie die Aussicht waren erstklassig.
Großes Appartement mit geräumiger Küche sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Parkmöglichkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut und durch ein Gittertor gesichert.
Negative: Leider war es nicht sehr sauber und es hat stark nach Cannabis gerochen.
Was auch daran liegen könnte, dass die Putzfrau bei unserer Ankunft gemütlich auf dem Balkon saß und ein Joint rauchte.
Es gab leider kein Kleiderschrank. Der Kleiderständer war leider kaputt.
