The towels need to be replaced. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. The tiles on the floor are breaking. The chairs at Positive: It’s located near a lot of spots. Negative: The people upstairs were very noisy.

Not worth a dime. Positive: The location. Negative: The apartment was not clean. There were dead bugs, wet towels, dirty linen, blood on the walls, dirty shower, water and a used coffee pod in the Keurig, dirty floors, dirty light switches, the living room seating is very nasty, the window drapes are falling off, and the toilet bowl needs to be cleaned inside and out. The cleaners spot-clean, flip the comforters, and empty the trash. The host will only apologize for the inconvenience. A review was left about a shoe print on the wall on 1/6/26 and it's still there on 3/22/26, but I wiped off one foot print with my daughter's baby wipe.

Positive: Space was comfortable. Location nice next to far.ers market Negative: A bit scary, lots of homeless and passed out drug abusers. Parking was a bit strange. The apartment was mostly clean, but the walls were dirty. Someone put dirty shoe prints on several walls.

Good over all. Only issue was never got dark due to outside lights and had a few other guests that didn’t realize how loud they were.

Austin provided us with a responsive host/customer service and excellent communication.The property was beautifully staged: cheerful and cozy. We ended up needing to change locations in order to be in closer proximity to our conference. We appreciate Austin’s quick thinking and solutions-oriented approach. It is clear why he is highly rated.
